All items are custom made/ordered and are not returnable. You can change your order as often as you like until store closes. No changes can be made after store closes.

To ensure timely delivery no late orders will be accepted.

While we do check inventory prior to launching store, inventory issues do arise and items may be substituted at our discretion.

All orders are placed the next business day after the store closes eastern standard time. Refunds may occur if we do not reach minimums required by the decorators.

Once orders are completed, your orders will be separated and given to your company representative and/ or coach.

NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

PLEASE ALLOW 4 TO 5 WEEKS FROM CLOSE OF STORE TO PROCESS ORDERS.
